Tails heads to Cape Asagi to deliver some cookies from Granny Hana to her son, but on the way he rescues Ruki, a pickpocket searching for his older brother. Ruki has stolen a wallet containing a mysterious card and an old photograph; the discovery draws Tails into some dangerous trouble with the Black Circle Trading Company. This gripping tale of ocean adventure follows on from the author’s long-selling Sangoro, The Black Cat series.
