Hurry hurry! Ambulances

by Fumiko Takeshita

illus. by Mamoru Suzuki

The latest picture book celebrating vehicles from this long-standing author-illustrator duo. Everyone knows the familiar “nee-naw nee-naw” of an ambulance. It’s a sound that means somebody, somewhere is in need of help. Ambulances and their technicians have to be ready day or night to help people who have been injured or become ill. This book also introduces another type of ambulance—the air ambulance, a specially adapted helicopter.
