“The wolf is my friend, but how about the snake?” thinks the fox. Just before hybernation, the fox’s fears make him neglect saying “hello” to the snake. As he enjoys the winter with his friends, he begins to feel guilty about this. Upon awakening from a dream of loneliness, the snake is pleased to make friends with the fox.
