This series is a compilation of a manga previously serialized in popular educational magazine Chagurin between 2005 and 2014. This volume, one of five released in 2020 (with a further five scheduled for 2021), focuses on people whose innovative thinking and maverick ideas changed the way people understood the world, including Socrates, Galileo Galilei, Charles Darwin, and Hideki Yukawa. The book is prefaced with pictures and a timeline, and each manga story is backed up with further contextual information.
