The latest addition to Megumi Iwasa’s award-winning series about unlikely animal pen pals.  Flippers the turtle has returned from his travels and decides to open his own shop, selling things he had made from the shells and stones he has collected. He sends out flyers but nobody comes. Then he discovers that someone else has opened an identical store, pretending to be him! In addition to some memorable new characters, the story features appearances by some old favourites too.
