The TV anime “Fushigi Dagashiya Zenitendō  (The Supernatural Sweet Shop)” has been turned into a book! This edition features popular episodes for younger children. Each volume contains one story, and with furigana above every kanji, it’s perfect for independent reading.

Ryoya wants to befriend Mina, a new classmate from Brazil — but they don’t share a common language. At Zenitendō, he buys a small doll called “Bilingirl”, which allows him to understand Mina perfectly. Yet as their friendship grows, Ryoya must learn that true connection takes more than magical help.
