Tatsuro Kiuchi

Born in Tokyo in 1966. After he graduated from BA in Biology at the International Christian University, Kiuchi went to U.S. and graduated from B.F.A. in Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles.
He is known around the world for works such as his drawings in the picture book “The Lotus Seed” (text by Sherry Garland/ Harcourt Brace & Company) and recently rocketed to success in the advertising world for his illustrations for the Royal Mail’s 2006 Christmas Stamp Collection and Starbucks Worldwide Holiday Promo 2007 “Pass the Cheer”.
He is also very active and popular in the world of book illustration.
