Taro Gomi

Born in 1945 in Tokyo. After graduating from design school, Gomi became an industrial designer before turning his hand to children’s picture books.
His prolific activities now extend to include essay writing, fashion and stationery design, animated cartoons for linguistic education and CD ROM production and he enjoys great popularity among children and adults alike.
