The Poet Postman

In a small town, two people work at the local post office—Gaito and Torinos. One day, Gaito decides to write a “letter” to the old lighthouse keeper, who has never received any mail. “What a strange letter this is,” Torinos mutters as he delivers it. The lighthouse keeper replies, “You don’t know? This is called a poem.” But what is a poem, really? This heartwarming story gently introduces the idea of poetry, written by a poet, and explores its meaning through the characters’ journey.
