Swivel 155 has been asleep in an old warehouse for as long as anyone can remember—until he’s shaken awake by a terrible earthquake. In the aftermath of the Great East Japan Earthquake, the long retired Swivel 155 is called upon to do some work that none of the other bulldozers can do, because he’s amphibious.
