Hinako is in Year 6 now, and her mother expects her to help out at home as well as do her homework. But her older brother doesn’t have to do any of that, because he’s “too busy”—or so Hinako’s mother says. Well, that doesn’t sit right with Hinako. Then, she meets a mysterious young girl and is inspired to write down her true thoughts in a diary. A story of girlhood friendship and of navigating growing up.
